Use an order-by-project workflow: collect your customer's requirements, select a catalog canopy and options, prepare the artwork, and place the order through your approved reseller account. You do not need to manufacture the canopy or receive it into your own inventory before it can be delivered to the customer.
Your business still manages the customer brief, retail quote, artwork accuracy, and delivery expectations.
